    Nice & beautiful place, perfect for family residents.City center carrefour very near, hub of junction for dubai, abu dhabi & sharjah

    Peaceful area with jogging and cycling track around artificial lakes. Buildings have tennis court, BBQ area, swimming pool, gym and children play area. City center at close proximity. West Zone and W Mart also there and open 24 hours.

    I would like to mention that the FPS Systems are not up to the mark as it simply alarms, sometimes. I also like to add If anyone is looking for purchase this property, please check all the slopes of floor tiles in all the area especially in Bathroom and in Balcony.Otherwise stay in Lakeside is a perfect choice.

    Big improvements and facilities being added everyday in addition to Meiasam City center around the corner ... traffic during rush hours is bad on Al Fay road during night time. Only one lane.

    The place is quiet, perfect for family life. There is a hypermarket nearby with competitive prices in Dubai. There are bike paths and walking paths around the lake. Close to Expo, Batuta mall, Marina, flower garden. Across the road, about 20 minutes walk, there is a sports stadium. This area lacks a bus or metro service to the beach. Only taxis go directly.

    Lakeside Tower D, one of the residential towers of the real estate developer Damac, is a multi-storey tower (about 20 floors), and contains one-room residential units (studio), one room and a hall. The spaces are relatively small in the (Lakeside A, B, and B) series of towers. C,D),,There are parking spaces inside the building, there is a gym and a shared swimming pool for the four towers.There is a supermarket at the bottom. This chain of towers is located near Meaisem City Centre.Many basic services are available in the area,,There is some suffering for those who own more than one car.
