Being as old a tenant as the building, speaks for itself. 5 years now and building is still as good as new. One in which diversity is respected and celebrated with utmost vigor and respect. Maintenance is timely and prompt and a very efficient onsite team ready to assist. Great facilities in the building and again all kept spotless and well maintained. Highly recommended and a great place to call home. -

We have been living in this tower for 4 Years. One of the best buildings in Barsha. Building Maintenance team is excellent and service response time is very quick. We really enjoyed our stay in this building. -

A very good and spacious building in Al Barsha 1. The management and maintenance team are excellent and tend to any complaints immediately.Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the rent is still on the higher side and the building security team needs to be strengthened. -

Amazingly spacious apartments with fully furnished kitchens. Both pool and gym are fantastic. Great location in Al Barsha close to all grocery stores and restaurants. Easy access to Sheikh Zayed road. -
