On one side, there are clouds, on the other, lush green fields. A light drizzle falls, and the gentle fragrance of rain-soaked earth fills the air. The Danube building adds to this delightful experience with plenty of features for everyone.For children, there are swings and play areas, while for young adults, there’s a fully-equipped health club and a swimming pool. Alongside these, the building also offers rest areas for relaxation and well-maintained sports fields, providing ample opportunities for leisure and recreation. It’s a space where nature and modern amenities come together to create a serene and vibrant lifestyle.

Very tasty food, especially for those who do not like to eat meat. Really tastes like real chicken or meat. There are many options for snacks, and drinks, they also have vegan ice cream. Definitely recommend visiting this wonderful place

I had the pleasure of living in this community for two years, and it was truly a remarkable experience.The community is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, reflecting the care and attention given to its upkeep. Naturally, as with any property, wear and tear can occur over time, and occasional issues may arise. However, the way these matters are handled makes all the difference. Its essential to consider how facilities and amenities are used by residents, but in my experience, the management by Stratum was excellent. They were prompt in responding to concerns and took appropriate actions to address and resolve any problems effectively.The overall build quality of the community, in all respects, is commendable. From the design to the durability of the infrastructure, everything has been thoughtfully executed to ensure a comfortable living experience.This star rating reflects my comprehensive assessment of Lawnz by Danube. My deepest gratitude goes to Mr. Rizwan Sajan and all the dedicated individuals involved in creating and maintaining such a wonderful community for us. It has truly been a privilege to call this place home.

Being owner and living here, its five star facility gated community with all the amenities active like, swimming pool, gym, jogging track,play area, party hall, 3 courts, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, bbq, theatre, 24 hour security, car parking etc.One of it kind around this area.

Very nice place to live with all the facilities and amenities for all the family. Better than with all the crowd in other places in Dubai. Only 20 minutes to Downtown and less rent.Will recommend to single people and couples and also families with Studios,1 bed and 2 bed apartments.

More than 40 amenities state of the art luxury living. Pool healthy gym and party hall are the most attractive areas. Also there is a kids playing area which is another great place to live for families. Near to all transportation means and famous international city area

Good society and great maintenance. Parking is an issue and they report directly to Dubai police if someone parks by mistake. Security can be improved.

I have been living here for almost 2 months now. I am very happy with the facilities and the environment for my children. However, I rented a Pool view room and I am very concerned about my privacy because if I dont close the curtains, I can see everything from the neighbors. I would recommend the community view.

Hi, I am one of the owner in this property, I like my aprtment and the amenities very much. The view from my aprtment is amazing. All modern amenities such as SPA, GYM, Party Hall, Cinema screen, BBQ area, swimming pool for adult and kids, jogging track, plenty of Car parking, Tennis, volly ball, basket ball and my favorite badminton court. There are minor snag works was pending but as soon as i complained they fixed those. Also, there was bit delay in handover, but it was exppected in this type of a big prject. It is the most beautiful community in this area. I love it..... 🥰
