I want to appreciate Moses and Ashley. Their attitude and expertise are awesome. They have helped us a lot of times. I am sure that they are the best workers in Laya!

I’m very happy with my 1 bedroom apartment actually this is my first apartment in Dubai and when i approached them i didn’t have even the necessary money to do the downpayment but after I told them this was my first apartment which I was buying the management was very helpful and they even allowed only 20 percent to be paid and I had enough time to take a home loan and pay them the rest and the rental yields are also very good because anyone who sees the apartment the interiors and the amenities the surroundings get interested immediately.Thank you Laya for my first apartment in Dubai for going out of the way and creating a separate payement plan for me

Laya Heights is really pretty! I got a really nice unit for 2 & a half months and my stay was pretty good. The landlord was very hands on whenever there was an issue with anything in the apartment. The security guards were always on call too and they were very helpful. I also like that there’s a bus stop 3 minutes from the apartment and taxis are always nearby if that’s your preferred method of transportation. I enjoyed my stay and when I go back to Dubai I’ll definitely stay at Laya Heights again.

Good location in a walking distance to parks, bus station and some restaurants. Modern and sleek design with ergonomic layout. As a new building it looks and smells fresh. Quality vice will see by time.

This review is for the building, which I like. Not for the service received when buying the unit, which was awful. At least they apologized and tried to make amends, although I still lost majorly because they delivered a year late and not according to the agreed specifications.
