    Building is very classy with a great lobbyStaff are helpful and supportiveIt is lovely to have an extra room in the 1BHK for kids/study..rare to find in Dubai at this price.

    Living here for last 3 years. Its actually a good apartment with above average finish compared to many junk apartments in JVC. However, there are some quality issues such as leaky roof if you are living below the swimming pool. Courtyard can be maintained much better. Swimming pool is not operating for very long time and is not heated either. Rooftop area is good for families to spend a bit of time in fresh air. Security guards are good and fdiendly. 😊

    There are many beautiful properties in JVC, but what makes this building different is definately the security: Richman goes above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I have never seen such a friendly and helpful security staff!!!

    Its very beautiful building from out and inside, pools and kids play area also are nice here.Management also cooperative and helpful, now very beautiful and big bakery also opened here at ground floor, easy access to Alkhail road.

    Luxurious apartment and peaceful place. Huge 1 BHK and 2 BHK. Security and management is very good. I would recommend people to look for this community if you are planning to move in to JVC. There is own community chiller and good amenities.

    Very neat well maintained cosy apartment. The layout is very spacious with study room and extra washroom with shower. Very near to schools in Jvc like JSS and Gems Founders. Very near to Choithram, mmi, Medical Center and Pharmacy.

    Recently visited Laya Mansion and was happy to see very nice get up of building came up after completion of finishing works. Good amenities Gym, Sauna, pool, kids play area.
