Living here for over four years, Im generally happy with the building. It offers more space compared to similar units in JVC, and the inclusion of a store/maid room is a plus. Tenants also enjoy free A/C. However, soundproofing is inadequate, and I can hear neighboring TVs. Cracks on the walls and A/C water leakage in the kitchen area need attention. Overall, its a satisfactory experience, but improvements are needed for better comfort and maintenance.

Very nice building with amenities. Spacious apartments with great ceiling height. Good finishing.

Apartment is great for family living. Decent neighbors as the occupants are majority the owners so they care for the building and people. Sharing or bachelor living is highly discouraged and reported. One of the most spacious 1 and 2 bedrooms in Dubai specially at this price - all comes with maid’s room and huge living area.

Decent place to live. Quite big apartments. Quality is okay. Pool is good. A lot of families with kids running up in the aisle. Good security team. Some small minimarts around the area. 10-15 mins walk to Circle Mall in JVC. Close to Hessa And Al khail exits. 15 mins drive to downtown. 10 minutes drive to the palm. Location wise is great! Good place to live for small families.

I have lived here for few years and enjoyed the facilities and stay .Loved the roof top facilities like table tennis ,gym,pool and jogging track.Amazing location with parks,school , nursery and restaurants within walking distance.

Having lived here since it was completed 6 years ago it’s been nice and quiet, simple. Pool and gym. Facilities are improving with service fees being collected.
