Luxury place it is near the sea. It has a swimming pool and a gym with clean restrooms. It is a building for living not a hotel. There is a barbecue area and a reception in the ground floor and it is 50 floors. In the 3rd floor there is a big terrace. The apartments are very big and the restrooms of the house are big too. There is a valet parking service for residents only. In every floor there is 2 apartments. many famous people go there.
