The best place I lived so far in Dubai, my first apartment in Dubai where I don’t need to turn on lights at day time, natural air flow from one end to another…. Amazing construction. What more to say other than “Thanking Leerbach Palace Dubai and Akela family” I chose this apartment and contracted without showing to my wife and other family members, ZERO complaints so far from family after moving :-)….unusual for sure😉.

We are now starting our 3rd year in Leerbach Palace. I have read all the 1 star reviews. I must say that majority are very unreasonable, such as comments about outside parking, construction buildings around, big balconies on 1st floor… Come on, be realistic and use common sense. If balconies are big and open, of course rubbish will fall from upper floors. If gym is next door, of course you will hear people training. If there is an empty piece of land around, of course it will soon be a construction. I am very happy with the building and most importantly, I feel safe for our family. To the Management, keep up the great work and I am happy that you are selective of who lives here. Well done!

Ive been dealing with Rabie since day one of getting the contract done and the whole moving process which made it easier on me with all the support and professional attitude from his side,that was the first great thing about my new home.I like this building for how clean, calm and good security services they have. It is a family building, and the key handling process is the best you can have, and I got to choose my parking spot. Maintenance is always available and on time which made a great difference.I feel super safe and comfy in my new home.

I moved into Leerbach Palace at the end of May and the move could not have been smoother. From arranging moving vans to getting into the apartment everything was so easy. Any issues i did have were resolved very quickly and efficiently. The apartments are bright and spacious and there is loads of storage space in the bedrooms. The common areas are always clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Very glad I moved into Leerbach Palace.

Couldn’t have picked a better home to start out our lives as a married couple. The maintenance is impeccable and the amenities are great! The management and security have made our move an easy, comfortable one! So happy we chose Leerbach Palace to call home :)

Really clean building.Friendly management and staff - everyone is really helpful.The maintenance team are really good and always arrive promptly and happy to help.Beautiful pool area which is really well maintained.Overall really enjoy living here!

28 Sept. PS: Amended review from 3* to 4* thanks to gym equippement.+Nice building. Management (Rabia) is good and listens. Security is good.-Rent is a bit above market for same standard. No kitchen fitted amenities. Swimming pool closes too early at 8pm instead of 10pm like most buildings. Gym is still not well equipped.Overall is OK. Would have given 4* if gym is well equipped and pool opened till 10pm.

It is the greatest building I have ever worked, what amazed me the most is that the owner and the family are kind, humble, loving and caring not only that but supportive and friendly... talking about the security services is the best 👌you can ever imagine....! The facilities are golden and the reception is like a palace!!! As the name implies LEERBACH PALACE! but it could be more than a palace I assure you..

Very clean building and wonderful security system. The Leer Bach management is very good with polite manner and specially Mr. Rabie who is managing the building. Safe to stay and all the facilities are well equipped.

Its early days of moving for me, which as everyone knows is probably one of the most challenging things anyone can do. First impressions of the management and security are unlike Ive ever seen or heard about in Dubai. They are on hand anytime, not just on the first day, and have practically coached me through the whole process, which as an expat is exactly what I needed. The processes are organised and clear, and I feel safe and supported.

I have moved to Leerbach Palace at the end of May after 6 months of looking for the right place for me, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent!Starting off with the layout of the place, the apartment has a spacious living room, with okay sized bedroom and open style kitchen, great finishing and the biggest advantage is the orientation of the building which is designed in a way to get enough sunlight with minimum direct sunlight exposure, which is a big additional perk that takes time to notice.As for the electricity and water bills, the chiller is completely free and is handled by the building, the electricity and water bill for my 1-bedroom apartment was less than 100 AED (and I work from home!)The best part about this building however is the management! Mr. Rabeea who manages the building happens has been taking every concern personally and finding direct solutions with no delay whatsoever. This building is managed like it’s a family business without all the “processes” and approvals and profit-seeking you will find dealing with real estate or facility management companies. He has been the icing on the cake and nothing short of extremely understanding and pragmatic.The one minor inconvenience I have found while living here is the construction nearby, being a light sleeper I do find myself having to use earplugs to ensure uninterrupted sleep however moving to new areas in Dubai this is expected and easily managed.Finally I would 100% recommend moving here - a move I have not regretted once so far!
