Good furniture and location. Just that, we find that the admin office is situated at the most unfriendly building in terms of parking, so whenever we have problem with the access card, its very annoying to go there, and they on purpose deactivate your card 10 days before your contract finishes which is a very annoying way to warn people. They can give a call or give a notice as an alternative, but they choose to deactivate the card instead?! And the process to go to the admin building so that we can enter our house again! We find it extremely horrible that they do that because we are super busy packing and our house is full of boxes (this is 10 days before the contract finishes, mind you, not yet the day they should kick us out) and we are super busy even to spend time in the heat of summer to go to the unfriendly-parking building to activate our card, and they do that? very horrible manager and system. We love the place. But we dont like the manager (never have a good experience talking to the bossy and unfriendly guy). Show little respect to people. unpleasant guy. And i think all lincoln park buildings here have problem with pest (coackroaches).
