    I stayed here for a few weeks. The location is good enough that it is far enough away from the noise, but close enough to walk to the station in about 10 to 15 minutes. There is construction going on in the area and so there is noise of breakers / pile driving across the creek. But its Dubai. Construction noise everywhere. The only point of staying in this building would be to be on the Marina side. If youre on the road side theres absolutely no point in upside to these apartments as it will just be noise. I found the windows to be soundproof from the construction noise. Like many high-rise buildings, you will get occasional smell up from the sewer and bathroom. The first night I stayed there it woke me up gagging it was so bad. But the rest of the two weeks it was very minor. I think lower floors from about 4 to 10 have better views from sitting down, because the higher floors I think you have to go to the window to look, but Im not too sure I guess it depends. I loved the stay in the building, the corner units facing the marina should have the living room on the corner and not the bedroom for maximum enjoyment of the view. I did find construction to be shotty and cheap in many areas like caulking, like the shower head location too close to the glass, you can tell upon minor examination that a lot of it is not done to a high-quality. It wouldnt matter for staying here a while, it would matter if the price is high for purchase. The built-in washing machine and dishwasher in the cabinet is a really bad idea. The smell from these machines being closed up when wet permeates from under the counter, so I was happy that one of the units had the washer separate from the counter in a different area of the apartment.

    I recently bought a 2BR apmnt here. Great location right by the marina, one of the shorter buildings but with modern architecture. Interior quality is good, not exclusive but above average in Dubai. The property offers the facilities you need as a residence. I like it that its a bot smaller and more personal property and no hotel business in the building.

    I stayed here in a two bed apartment on a week holiday in Dubai with my mum and it was a lovely apartment. Very clean, came with some toiletries, clean towels, complimentary coffee, tea, water, washing powder for the washing machine and free WiFi. It was a great location right near the Marina and JBR beach so perfect for sightseeing, dining out, and the view from the balcony was lovely. Conveniently beside the metro, pharmacy and supermarket as well. The agent was great, very friendly and responded to messages immediately. We also got gym and pool access. Overall a pleasant stay here.

    Maybe one of best buildings in Marina. Close to the beach (5 mins walk), promenade around Marina, restaurants around and quite location. 10 mins walk to Marina Mall. I have apartment on 12th floor with great view. Quite and comfortable, stylish apartment in new building.

    Recently stayed at LIV for vacation. The apartment is great for families. The apartment was very clean and the furnishings were very nice. The kitchen is nice. The apartment has two showers including one tub, which is great for those with little kids. There is also a gym and playground in the building, which is very convenient. The location is ideal for vacations. It’s located on the marina and JBR/ the beach are also a short walk away (less than 5 min).

    Purchased a unit in this building. Spaces are well designed and open. Kitchen is modern with great appliances. Building is not too populated which has a more personal feel. Great marina views from my living room and bedroom.

    Place is wonderful. Perfect for a first timer! it is clean and has all the amenities you need to stay comfortable. Has this amazing view of the marina creek and the location wise too! It is near to groceries, restaurant, the marina walk and JBR which is like a very popular districts for tourist where you can go shipping, dine and play, plus the beach! Easy self check-in, friendly receptionist and helpful staffs, All in all, it was satisfactory! We love the place.

    Bought an apartment here about a year ago. Have enjoyed it, the views to the marina are great and the spaces are efficient. Happy to hear apartment prices have increased and returns here seem to be much higher than in Europe.

    Nice building in good area. It is not too big so not too many people and the security is very friendly. Very nice to walk on the Marina and see the boats pass by from my balcony.

    Great location, its in the first line of towers on the Marina. JBR and the beach is nearby and plenty of walkable entertainment options. Had a pleasant experience with my family.

    The building has a great marina view and we enjoy our walks on the promenade. The JBR is a few meters from the building. The staff were quite friendly and apartment had a great finishing.

    Ive been staying here for a few months now and the pool is my favorite spot. The infinity pool gives you the best view of the marina.

    Yaz, is probably one of the most talented barbers you will ever meet. His professionalism, attitude, friendliness and pure talent is what is needed for any business. Fade n shave is the best barbershop in town, this one here in LIV tower is beautiful. With Yaz running it, I have no doubt it is going to be the best branch. I’ve been a regular, and I refuse to get a haircut anywhere else on earth. Thank you guys, and especially Yaz for all that you do.

    The best experience ever, starting from the great welcoming by Mr. Abdulaziz who was very helpful, the great hospitality, the location, the facility and the most important thing is the room furniture quality and room view.Ending with a great goodby from Mr. abdulaziz again,, thanks a lot and see again next year!

    Of the minuses: There is no access to the pool, it has been closed for renovation for a long time. The windows are not soundproofed, you will wake up all night from the roar of the car engine. Otherwise, everything is fine, view, location, parking, the apartment itself is very cozy with a good kitchen, three bathrooms, two bathrooms. The balcony is spacious and has glass railings that do not interfere with the beautiful view.
