I’ve had a great experience living in Mazaya 5. The building is well-maintained, clean, and secure. The facilities are excellent, including reliable maintenance services and quick response to any issues. The location is also very convenient with easy access to nearby markets, restaurants, and public transport.The management and security team are professional and helpful at all times. This place is very beautiful. I have lived there for more than two years. At night it is cold, I do not feel hot and I do not use air conditioning. The area is quiet, beautiful, and far from crowding. The location is close to Dubai Mall, 15 minutes away without crowding. Overlooking the main street.
