My friends and I spent 3 months in this apartment working on different projects and chilling at the same time. This place has character. Its fun, and it inspired us. Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. You will have books, your own smart TV on which you can Netflix, or a projector screen, and most importantly, your own cupboards and bathrooms. The kitchen is just beautiful. You can see the fountain while youre cooking, listen to music using the music player in the living room or just watch TV. In the living room, theres a single bed by the glasse, which is my favorite spot, where you can read a book and watch the fountain or just have a nap. Theres also a big sofa that you can use as a double bed, a round table to dine or use for work. As for smokers, like myself, you have two small balconies where you can sit and enjoy your cigarettes and the view. No noise, the metro is a walking distance and the supermarket too. Cafes and restaurants, youve got everything that you need.

Ideal downtown location, 5mns walk from Burj Kalifa and 10 from Dubai Mall.Although a little outdated and with too many artificial flowers, the flat was comfy.Little bathroom incident on the last day but conciergerie was reactive addressing it.

Excellent location and amazing pool. Well maintained tower and good proximity to Dubai mall, metro and DIFC. Even the walking bridge is very much easier to connect.

Great place, attentive staff, I loved it, the apartment is great, just a small downside is the shower which doesnt have a big jet and problems with the hot water but the rest was great!
