    We bought 2bhk flat here last year with my husband and really happy about it, maid’s room he is using for his office, I’m gonna make a garden on the balcony as it’s a nice space there, rooms are spacious, we didn’t see any problems thanks God. And we really love that all bathrooms are full, so our guests always have separate shower which is good!Already recommended to our friends this residence.

    Beautiful building with so many amenities and large flats. Management is reactive. Security officers are kind and helpful.

    Finally there is a gas connection in the building! Apart from that I havent had any major issues in my apartment (no water leakage, no major AC problems etc). I enjoy living here, close to some parks if you wanna go for a walk, a convenience store closeby, the gym is quite good as well, just some more sun beds at the pool would be great. The security guys are very kind and helpful. One bedroom apartment have an extra storage/study room which is a great option! Life saver :)

    Apartment is very spacious with good layout, nice balcony and excellent finishing, with modern bathrooms. Also, I love this building because it has the good facilities, well equipped gym and decent swimming pool. Just next to building we have tailor shop, laundry shop, gents saloon, ladies saloon, supermarket & coffee shop. Management is very quick in addressing your issues 👍🏻

    This building has an amazing amenities, I’m absolutely in love with a pool and bbq zone. Also, the lobby with a Wi-Fi and a decent size of the gym is really important, so I’m very glad to be here!

    The building is new clean and beautiful with an excellent management.24 hour security beautiful view from the balcony and nice staff.I am staying here since last year high service and cleaning standard.The rooms are nice close by many convienences stores and circle mall.The building is excellent with great view from balcony.

    Its a very nice building and its located in a good spot in Jumeirah village circle. Very professional staff and helpful. The rooms are nice and cozy and the view is so cool as it overlooks the dubai skyline.

    I bought a one bedroom + study off plan and I put it in Airbnb for 1 year, I only had good reviews. Then I lived there for a year and a half and it was pleasant.I had 2 leak problems which were dealt with quickly and resolved (I directly contacted Joyal from management who was more responsive than via the application)The residence is small and simple, the cleaners come by every day so no worries.The swimming pool could do with more deck chairs but there aren’t many people there either 😄I recommend this residence because we are close to everything
