LUMA 22 and LUMA 21 are the same design, same security protocol, same layouts of units, and same vibe. Low rise, with good amenities and location in JVC.

Amazing building with excellent management, friendly security guards, always squeaky clean, and great amenities. Favorite in JVC and when the metro comes it will be even better. It is quiet with nice park just 2-3 minutes walking that has a running track. Too bad I had to rely on public transport, otherwise I would have rented or buy apartment here.

What a fantastic maintenance team. No job is too big. Vysakh is super responsive and makes sure the highest standard of service is delivered. The team keep the whole building in check and make sure it is cleaned and well maintained. No job is too big & in 11 years in Dubai it’s the best building team I have come across

Great building with great Management teams. Especially Benjamin, who has very professional management skill and happy to solve any situation in the building or regarding your unit. Overall, they do care about their clients and Benjamin is very warm, calm and always there for any needs related to your apartment or building.

Noman from Town X is a very qualified and responsive manager, helped to resolve several issues when other team members were not too responsive or aware (especially at handover stage). Also would like to thank Rafik and Ben for always helping with ongoing questions. Apartments finishings are rather good, especially the kitchen, security is friendly as well as other staff as cleaners, guards etc. Overall good experience and hopefully good investment too.

This is the best building in JVC. The price/quality ratio is simply amazing. I would also like to note how friendly and responsive the specialists are who work there.
