I have to give a special shoutout to Benjamin on the management team - hes the kind of person who makes you feel instantly at ease in a new place.The amenities here are fantastic - modern, well-maintained, and exactly what we sought. But honestly, its the attentive management that sets this place apart. Five stars, and Im already feeling right at home here. We really like Luma 22, weve been living here for a year and are only leaving due to our own circumstances, otherwise we would stay here!The amenities are great, swimming pool feels like a hotel (although now the building is more full it can get quite busy) and its nice that they have a garden area. Ive seen other reviews say that its noisy, but personally we havent had any issues with the noise - its an apartment so we expect to hear a bit from our neighbours but its better than other buildings weve been to. Its insulated quite well from the outside noise, although you can hear most of what goes on in the hallways.The security and cleaning staff are great, and another handy thing is there are a lot of Airbnbs/holiday lets so when people come to stay we can put them in one of those for a reasonable price.We also like the style of the apartment, its nice and bright with good light, and a really good amount of space.
