    Im staying in Lyra for 4+ years and its the best building we have found in the phase 2 area. All facilities are available including a nice pool and a well equipped gym. We love this building for its big glass windows, nice balconies and very good wooden wardrobes and kitchen cabinets.

    One of the best building in warsan 4 with all facilities..When the recent rain has brought menace in many buildings in this area we were able to sleep peacefully as we didn’t have power outage or non supply of water.Management took the initiative to warn all residents through happy tenant app which was very helpful.I’ve seen facility management teams working around the clock during those rainy days.Really appreciated their efforts 🫡🫡

    I’ve been lucky enough to be the first tenant here since I got married and I cannot be happier. Very accommodating management and very clean building with a great community and services.The landlord is the developer so there’s no problems with rental increase or stuff like that. The finishing quality is top notch, unlike most buildings in dubai.I just wish we could get the same standard in other parts of dubai like JLT or marina even sports city etc but we cannot. Hence with the increased traffic, it’s really hard to think about moving from here.

    Lyra is one of the best buildings in warsan 4.Staying here since 2019 March.Recent changes in managerial roles has brought significant changes in the maintenance and common area maintenance.Thanks to management for the recent improvements.
