I have been staying and living in SBK Building-Hor Al Anz and I can say that I feel safe and secured. The building is clean and neat.I just hope they provide a pest control for each apartment every MonthThe watchman Srikath, is very helpful and if you ask him for any assistance he always help. Every morning I see him clean the hallway -

SBK Real estate Mohd Saeed building is a well maintained family building. In the building sbk maintenance is also very good . Building caretaker Mr.srikanth he is very nice guy. Whenever we have any emergency work he will respond quickly. -

MS building managed and maintained by SBK is a very well maintained Building thanks who are always available to sort out any maintenance related issues. Even on weekends and off days, the team shows up incase of urgent matters. Thanks to Care taker Mr SRIKANTH who is really understanding and resolves the tenants complaints promptly -
