I like living in MADA. I never had a problem with my apartment and I am living in MADA for the last 4 years now. I made complaints about the facilities and they were very supportive in solving it.My landlord is very good so I don’t face issues with maintenance. I love the location and the accessibility. I am planing to buy a property here. The prices are affordable compared to other buildings in downtown.

One of the best locations in downtown. Easy to get access to Al Khail road, DIFC and Jumeirah. No traffic surrounded and amazing facilities like Emaar boulevard, cinema, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, Mall, Chinatown etc…The apartments have the biggest rooms, bright, floor ceiling windows, roof top pool and huge gym. I would like to give an advise for the tenants who complained about the building, and damaging the building reputation by writing negative Google reviews. If the landlords are not taking care of your maintenance, Go to RERA e raise a complaint or simply leave the building. You have 1000 options in town. It is unreasonable that residents tend to complain about the building but never leaves the building. If you live in MADA for the past 5 years, with the lowest rent since Covid time, you do not have the right to come on goggle and write negative reviews or even talk to potential clients in the lift or common areas and tear their dreams apart by denigrating the building reputation because you are angry (true history). Be reasonable and find a solution for yourself. You can simple find another home.

Beautiful 1BR huge size , not at all bad smell inside the apartment, very stylish and nice furniture, clean , bright , walking distance to Dubai mall , amazing location and service of the building , very nice view of Assayel street. No traffic to in and out of the Downtown. Love the building and this apartment 702.

The building maintenance is significantly improved from previous years. Mada has very good facilities such as swimming pool in the roof with skyscrapers view and nice gym .It is located only three minutes by walk from bridge access to Dubai mall. Choithrams supermarket is located opposite to the building.

Super well located, a very short distance from the Dubai Mall. There are convenience stores very close. The rooms are good, I would say they are comfortable. They must take into account that it is not a hotel, they rent you the room and thats it.

It is a beautiful building, but the finish still needs a lot of work, smelly drains, this over the entire apartment that we rented, the drain of the dishwasher and washing machine covered with plastic, when it rains the water enters through the large window, in the sauna the drains were the same as in the apartment, and if you want to open a window you have to go to great lengths to open it and the handle of the window is above 2 meters when you stand on it. If you are on the 31st floor, this is life-threatening
