We had a great stay in this building. It’s a beautiful and clean place with a friendly staff who quickly get to know you by face—something rare in Dubai, where most complexes are much larger. The gym is quiet and well-equipped, and the rooftop pool is a nice bonus.One small downside is that there aren’t many apartments with a balcony. Also, the indoor temperature can get quite cool during the day. While that’s a big plus in the summer, in January, I found myself wrapped in a blanket most of the time. Still, overall, a lovely place to live!

The staff are super friendly and helpful, making every interaction pleasant and ensuring that all your needs are met promptly. Security is very strict, which gives us great peace of mind knowing that our safety is a top priority. Cleanliness is a top priority here, and it shows – everything is spotless, from the common areas to the individual units. The amenities are great, offering something for everyone, and theres a real sense of community among the residents.

We rent 2br apartment in madison residency at deluxe homes, in general everything was good, there were some problems with the draining of the water, the bathrooms are already a bit old, the air conditioner broke once, but all the shortcomings were quickly eliminated. our manager +971 50 260 1035

I lived her for 1 year, good building, the AC always bring strange smells from the other apartments, there was a sewage smell problem I think they are working on it, good management, dont trust the maintenance guys here they are mostly seeking for extra money.
