    We have stayed for 4 years in this Tower. The location is great as it’s just 2mins walk from Tram. There are several Cafes, Restaurants, Laundry Shop, Salons and Supermarkets nearby. Marina walk is just opposite of it.Facilities in this Tower are well-maintained and equipped. It has Medium size Gym with lockers, Sauna and Boxing area. Community area has billiards and can be rented for special events. Kids area has theater inside. And what I like the most is the Olympic Size Swimming pool 😊The Management is making events and activities for every special occasions to make the Community closer.Everything is good aside from the water inside the apartment as it is YELLOWISH.

    Its a very nice tower building near the marina walk. Very peaceful family apartments are here.There are hotels and groceries nearby. Very good security system.You can go for a walk on marna walk and you can enjoy coffees

    We had to spend only one night there but is was really nice and very big. The location is perfect. We could just walk to the Marina and the Barasti Beach Club and to JBR we took the tram. The tram stop is very close to the building. The outside pool was very nice. I stayed before in Granada Apartments and they are all well maintained and equipped with all you need.

    Been here for 4 years and couldnt move anywhere else. By far one of the best if not the best building in the Marina. Perfect location, building is spotless and has a very good maintenance and security team. The one bedrooms are very big and the facilities are top notch. Highly recommended.

    Excellent staying , great view, optimal cleaning, great gym and swimming pool, kids are lucky with their areas .. just receptionists should be more welcoming with all visitors, just a smile :)

    Been staying at my daughters in mag 218 for the last 3 months the building is spotless the security are good at their job and helpful when needed the pool and the public areas are very well maintained the gym and childrens play areas are very good there is a good grocery shop barbers and chemist right on your doorstep it 10 minutes walk or short taxi ride away from her and 5 minutes walk to metro or tram is on your doorstep and the harbour is right on your doorstep nice for a chilled out walk without dodging people bikes and scooters like the marina

    Definitely one of the best towers to live in in the Dubai Marina.MAG 218 is constructed as one of the many freehold residential towers located at the Dubai Marina, which is opposite to the Jumeirah Lake Towers and subsequently to the Dubai Media City. The tower was designed by Dar Al Handasah and is located next to the Marina Pinnacle and the Marina Heights. It is a luxury residential tower suitable for single, couple and small family occupancy, priced for those of moderate to moderate to high incomes. Suitable also for permanent and seasonal accommodation.
