This is really a luxury building even though it is small with only 22 floors, but when you stepped inside you can feel the quality of the whole building, its facilities like pool, gym, sauna, kids area all excellent. It is so nice even to have a both canal and Burj Khalifa views, and even you can walk to Dubai mall with only 5 mins.Living here is really quality based and convenient especially for people who are working in downtown and nearby commercial area.

Great Location Cozy apartments Few minutes walk to Dubai mall pool was under maintaince and slow work due to summer and hot but overall attraction with reception and building staff was very good

Mag 318 is residential apartment 🏢 All the furniture Luxury is Casa Shamuzzi Brand its very nice and its a peaceful place its its front of Bruj khalifa. Near have cafe, restaurant 🍴 bus stops and petrol ⛽. Very good staff

Perfectly located, full of supermarkets, small fast food restaurants, or large restaurants depending on your tastes and budget.Very clean, friendly staff.No elevator waiting.25M pool area🤩 and top-notch spa. Closing at 9:30 p.m. 👍, very rare.Parking access.The studio apartment was perfect with a great terrace.The fountains are a maximum 8-minute walk away and very easy to access safely with pedestrian crossings to avoid detours 😜.However, its an area where there are quite a few traffic jams during rush hour.

One of the best aparthotels in all of Dubai, it is fully equipped and has a washing machine, a swimming pool, a gym inside the hotel, and a supermarket 5 minutes away. Highly recommended. The reception staff is very nice.

We had a room (two bedrooms and a living room) on the 20th floor. The room is very clean, everything is great. No problems with check-in, everything went quickly.The apartments are not cleaned afterwards, unless you do it yourself or for a fee. The Internet in the room is good, but if you want to work near the pool - there is no Internet there. I used a mobile.Strange: no detergent and sponges. There is nothing to wash the dishes with. All the dishes are there, except for a corkscrew.

Studio 910 is truly perfect. Close to the center (15 minutes on foot), super clean and comfortable, very well equipped. We had a great stay there.
