I can say that the rooms were comfortable and cool. They have a bus stop nearby but the bus comes every 30 minutes. It has a supermarket nearby with a lot of things.The environment is also good. The only downside can be that its a little far from downtown Dubai, otherwise Definitely a good spot for people to stay. -

It is an excellent place for Family to live. It has a swimming pool , gym , play spaces and Parks for kids. The only issue you will face is lack of public transportation. -
