I recently had the opportunity to experience living in the majestic tower and overall, its been a positive experience.The building is ideally located, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and various amenities and restaurants.The building boasts a variety of modern amenities, including a fully-equipped fitness center.The property management team has been responsive and professional. Whenever there’s an issue, maintenance is prompt and efficient.While the building is centrally located, it remains surprisingly quiet inside.Overall, majestic tower is a comfortable, convenient, and well-maintained place to live, highly recommended for anyone seeking quality residential living.

Had a great 3 night stay and the check-in process was smooth, and the staff was very helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, with easy access to supermarkets and just 10 minutes drive from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay. Great location closer to everything. Just 10 minutes to Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. Easy access to Restaurants, Supermarkets etc. The resident is very secured and well maintained. Special thanks for the host for helping us everything from booking to the checkout and attended all our needs quickly less than minutes

The 4 nights we booked we really enjoyed the stay. Apartment is spacious and well maintained with a beautiful view of canels. The management is responsive and helpful. We will definitely come again..

I stayed again for four days and was pleasantly surprised as the building had a new management company. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. Its location is perfect right in Downtown Dubai but still away from the busy streets. The building sits by the canal with beautiful views and a scenic walkway. Bay Square is just a short walk away, offering great restaurants and supermarkets. A great mix of convenience and comfort. Highly recommended

I love the building as the management that the building have because there is special security which makes safe and if need anything near it have restaurant, laundry and more and the parking spot is very nice I like to move again and again that their friendly environment mostly the security help more than they can and people all are friendly

Nice and new building with canal and burj khalifa views.Easy access to RTA bus stop and very nice place to walk on the canal at night.

We stayed at Majestic for 2 years in a two bed flat facing the canal. It is one of the most beautiful apartments in the area for that price. The Security manager Khurram is the most helpful person, helping us anytime we had a request. I wish every tower had a person like Khurram available to help anytime you need him.

This building is situated opposite to bay square and in the backside Dubai Creek . Building is neat and clean, well maintained. Nearby supermarket is choitram, just opposite side of building. There are many restaurants nearby. From the front side of building you can see the Burj Khalifa.
