I lived this nice building for 4 years due to relocation of work we force to leave here...cant find any building with the same price for this beautiful building....*For unit 5* big space*Facility I can compare to 4* hotel*Security/concierge 5* respectful and quick action*Maintenance 5* every 3months have ppm schedule*Management 5* for updating facility even the facility even good they change it to new*Rules is nice to no pets inside(for non pet owners)* For price is worth it...*Not allowed sharing which is good for the family only 5* for thatwe will miss this place from 612Additional on that...last flood this building is not affected even our parking in UB... All normal

Pros: Lived here for 2 years, no other building in dubai is as AMAZING as this building. Extremely clean, great maintenance and security, excellent management.Cons: Only downside is that a new building has started construction behind it, making it impossible to attend phone calls, meetings or even sleep. Soundproofing only helps a little bit. Noise goes on from 6/7am to around 3pm. Most people on that side are vacating.

We have been living here for two years and it’s an excellent place to stay. Very well maintained, clean, can’t hear a single noise from the neighbors, no pests, and every issue is heard and rectified immediately. The staff are excellent and extremely professional. One of the best places to stay in Dubai.

Great and clean building, humble and promp staff. Reception and security are highly trained and qualified. Overall convenient place to live in Dubai
