Very good apartments. We stayed in this building for 14 months and it was brand new apartment that why we got 2 months free with one year contract. Very pleasant stayed in this apartment. Lot of super market near by and Saraf DG metro station is less than a kilometers away.While vacating the apartment, they dont have any process and timeline to refund your deposit. It took more than 2 months after multiple follow up and escalation to their management. -

Superb, newly built apartments (less than 2 years old), situated in Al Raffa area - very close to Rolla Street, Bur Dubai. It belongs to Al Ghurair Properties, so it is very well managed. -
