A very nice place to live, with proper access controlled parking and access, pool and great views of the portside of the Persian gulf. The place is endowed with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. So, getting things isnt a problem here. I visited my relatives living here and really enjoyed my stay here. -

Living since past two and a half years, wonderful building, clean and even maintenance is good and responsive. Only issue is that they haven’t cleaned outer glasses since two years. They look very bad and spoil the aesthetics of the apartment. For such high rent they should be considerate about such issues -

When they handover the flat they clean and paint is very well.There is frequent maintenance done for the air conditioners.The building is also very well maintained and cleaned regularly.Whenever we request for service, there is service within one week.Really good experience. -
