    When I got to this building, I just liked the lobby. The flats too are spacous and super clean.

    Its a great place to be called home...💖I have been living in this building since 2020. The real estate is nice, and the flat is spacious and well-maintained. The maintenance team is very attentive. Having lived in another building in Sharjah, I can confidently say that this one is the best. However, the only drawback is that, due to the coronavirus pandemic, they have never reopened their gym, pool, and kids area.

    Good residential building. Neat n clean. Nice building management. Rent is comparably economical. Good gym and swimming pool facility, but extra fee for its access.
