    Relatively new building. Apartements are big. Significant difference depedning on which side you have a view. Palm’s one is great, opposite not recommended. Great gym with sauna. Absolute top i saw in Dubai. Very kind receptionist.

    Gym is very good, there is a yoga room inside the gym for those who want private space . Clean building with large parking place and many cleaning staffs and good security.

    This is a modern tower strategically located in the Marina area of Dubai. This tower doesnt offer much of wow views except on high floors but the quality of the finishings in the building is beyond words. Accessing and exiting this tower is also traffic free unlike what obtains in most buildings on the Marina. There is a tram station just around the corner as well, should you want to make use of public transportation.

    This building has a very modern and unique design. The building is very clean and the staff working there are very friendly and welcoming. This is definitely one of the best buildings in Dubai that I have visited

    A great tower ideal for all kind of people. It has a large, comfortable gym fully equipped where the management provided before Covid-19 free of charge to all residents yoga, pilates and cardio classes. There is a multipurpose room which you can use for your party, two kids play areas, an outdoor area with a jogging track and a pool with a tennis table and a snooker table.A wonderful tower where you feel the difference from the moment you enter its luxurious lobby, highly recommended.

    Concierge and reception are wonderfulGreat service and always friendly and approachableLobby smells amazing and the entire building is very clean and hygiene wise 10/10Amenities are excellent indoor and outdoor areas for kids with small jogging area heated pool and gym with saunaSome issues regarding plumbing and toilets maintenance and repairs of problems in building can be slow is my only criticism
