    Friendly front desk staff; very kind and helpful. The building is well kept and easy to get to. Grocery shopping, pet salon, and great restaurants within walking distance. It’s a 20 minute walk to the Marina Mall and The Walk, as well.

    I stayed in Marina Diamond 2 for short stay in Airbnb and was perfect. Not overpriced like other buildings and with great location, walking distance to the beach, Jbr, restaurants, etc. The building is not a new one, but still it’s a great one. It’s clean, the staff is friendly and the studio I started at was super nice with great marina views.Recommend it for short and long stays as well

    No issues whatsoever, we enjoyed the facilities and the proximity to JBR and the metro. 2 adults, 3 small children.

    Great Location, near to Marina Walk, Metro nearby, easy entry/exit to Sheikh Zayed Road, relatively cheaper keeping in mind the locality. Value for money though building/apartment maintenance should be improved.

    For some reason, all the reviews are about the hotel, but as a tenant of an apartment in this building I was satisfied. There were no cockroaches in the apartment, everything was clean.Good location, as there is immediate access to the main road. There is a beautiful embankment nearby.
