So I have been residing in MD3 past 5 years and 17 in Dubai. So the building location is superb. The building has been refurbished recently and it’s a wow. The security guys are so cooperative, supportive, alert and ensuring the safety of its residents and guests. The pool attendant/ life guard is another gem and a nice human being. The maintenace staff are always on their toes, house keeping, cleaning and always keeping the building in order. They keep cleaning the water tanks, corridor, pool area, parking, gas maintenance, fire fighting and glass cleaning on regular basis and it’s always happening through out the year without disrupting the flow of gas, water or electricity.

Best location near all transport, metro, tram, bus bicycle rentals etc.. near all attractions marina walk( best restaurants, marina etc) mall, entertainment location is unbelievable. excellent building with great staff ,safety, security clean/health.. mostly refurbished.. excellent staff and neighbors! if you can find apartment for sale or rent get it.. great value.

Best Location in Marina- you will not face the severe traffic like other buildings. Security guards are nice and friendly.

Stayed here for 4 nights, an exciting experience, the apartment is quite clean, there is a minimarket downstairs. If you want to find food or shop, just walk behind the apartment, there is a carrefour and restaurant. Behind the apartment is also marina bay, you can take a walk there in the morning or evening. Luckily I got an apartment room with a view of marina bay.

Good condo. The security is polite. In the same building there is a minimarket, dry cleaner, several restaurants. If you go through the parking lot - a quick exit to Marina walk, no need to go around in circles. The only downside is that it is noisy on the top floor, because of the exhaust vents of the restaurants
