    A great location for a long evening walk. Quiet and not too crowded on this side of Marina, and no one is trying to lure you to nearby restaurant (most of the times, at least). Great for jogging, especially during cooler months. A couple of exercise areas as well, which is great.

    Waterfront Promenade across artificially built lake,Also Yatch parked along,good place to spend evening and enjoy Dubai life.Many restaurants along the promenade also many activities,can do yatch ride or traditional Dhow cruise.Parking is a problem,better to park car in Marina Mall parking .Metro is better way to reach a small walk from Dubai marina metro station,can also changed to tram also from Dubai Marina station.Lots of instaworthy photo spots with Marina skyscrapers and yatch in background.

    I loved that it is such a nice area to walk around with such a nice crowd all around. Its not too busy but isnt deserted too. Its also perfect to have a nice jog in the morning time.

    MArina promenade is a place where kids and adults can enjoy in their own way. There is a boating facility also. If you want the yatch facility to enjoy that also available. So many branded restaurants also there. Day and night you can enjoy beautiful view.

    Excellent views while walking on the Promenade with one of the best buildings in Dubai. A lot of restaurants and pubs and also there are companies offering boat tours for 50 Euros per person with buffet and drinks which is amazing to do after sunset.

    Among glass and concrete, a real oasis. This is an amazing place. Take a boat ride, walk. Infrastructure developed. Shops, cafes, playgrounds and other amenities. Its especially beautiful in the evening. But even during the day there is its own atmosphere. For comparison, it is better to visit here at different times of the day.

    Everything is newly built and quite well maintained. Paving, vegetation, roundabouts with vegetation, bridges, railings, etc. This new feeling is what is defining here.
