Good location first of all, the view was breathtaking and the place was neat too. My friends and I stayed here for our holidays and we had a wonderful time. Especially cause we could walk to beach and oh! the Marina Mall is also very close. 😊 I highly recommend!

Amazing Emaar property in the Marina:+ Directly Connected to the Marina+ Short Walking Distance to the Beach+ Modern Fitness Facility over Two Floors+ Large Size Pool with Separate Kids Pool+ Well Developed Kids Club with Toys+ Close to Marina Mall and Multiple Supermarkets+ Surrounded by many Cafes, Restaurants, Bars+ No Traffic Issues which is Rare in the Marina+ Three-Story Spacious Underground Parking+ Outstanging Maintenance, Security and ServiceIt’s a superb setup for families with children but also couples and singles. Well developed and well maintained facilities with easy access across the Marina and JBR area. Highly recommended!

I lived in apartment 1005 in the west building. The apartments do not have quality finishes and are very noisy, you can hear all the noise from the streets through the double glazed windows.The pool and the view are fabulous! The location is good, 5 minutes from JBR beach, 7 minutes from Dubai Marina Mall, right on the quay of the Dubai Marina canal.
