What else sould I ask for? This is one of the best place to live in Dubai..Perfect location.. On the Sheikh Zayed Road, no traffic, just 3 seconds walking distance to metro and tram.. And 3 minutes to Marina Mall.. JBR, marina walk, JLT, DMCC are so so easy to reach even by walking..A very well maintained perfect building with two pools (roof top and ground garden), gym, Bbq area, 7x24 security, independent storage in the basement and more amenities.. These all coming with a very quality community off course..JUST EXCELLENT !!

Fantastic location , close to Marina Mall , next to transportation ( metro, tram, bus , taxis at at the doorstep ) an older building but with all amenities including two swimming pools , playground , BBQ , fitness center . Well managed and maintained with very helpful 24 hour security

The closest apartment unit you can find to the metro line on this side of the marina. One of the older towers but has some of the best amenities and decent appartment layout.
