Location is right beside DMCC metro station.Well maintained amenities ( roof top pool and larger pool on the ground flr next to gym)Security personell are dependable, I recommend getting their phone numbers.Flats come with parking and storage room at the basement!Walking distance to JBR Beach & the Walk, Dubai Marina Mall, Marina Walk, JLT, Jumeirah Islands and other places. Options to rent scooter or bike in front of the building if you want to avoid the traffic in Marina. -

Very good and strategic place to live in, located in front of metro station, few minutes walk to Dubai marina, kids playground next door and green meadow for your pet picnic or even sport activities like yoga. The tower has security 24 hours and gym and pool at ground floor and smaller ones at the roof.Close to all locations and Dubai attractions -
