A well-maintained, excellent building in Dubai Marina with two pools, a jacuzzi, sauna, and a heated pool terrace—great for all seasons. There’s also a barbecue area and a kids’ play zone.Location is superb—five minutes from the beach, and directly opposite the metro, tram, and water taxi, which is rare in Dubai. The Marina Mall and promenade are just across the road, and the building sits between two Millennium Hotels with cafes and co-working spaces.Two parks for children—one inside, another large one next door by Emaar. The tram stops right outside, and security is friendly and tight, with cameras throughout.The building is not crowded, so lifts, gym, and pools are usually available. As of now, 2-bed units cost under AED 2M, and rent is around AED 140K. Also features the largest open land area in the Marina—overall, a fantastic, peaceful place to live.

There is ample open space in this building which is key point of attract for me. GYM, Swimming Pool and other amenities are less crowded

I stayed there for 3 years. The best part of this building is all apartments comes with independent storage cubicle in the basement.

We were in apartment 703.Excellent attitude from the owner, very organized and very clear.The apartment is sweet, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and even has Netflix!A lovely urban view and yet quiet.There are two pools in the building. The pool upstairs is warm and pleasant and has attached showers. The jacuzzi is not sophisticated, it is like a normal pool but small and with a place to sit.There is a card that allows you to move around the building.Next to the building is a small grocery store and a large supermarket that is open 24/7. Walking distance to the beach.
