My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Dubai, and overall, it was a great experience. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s right next to Marina Walk, which is full of shopping options, a wide variety of restaurants, and plenty of nightlife to explore. A convenience store just steps from the building’s front door was another bonus—it made grabbing last-minute items super easy.The check-in process was simple and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The apartment itself was very comfortable, with plenty of space for two people to relax and feel at home. One of our favorite features was the balcony overlooking part of the marina. It was lovely to sit there and take in the view, even though the road noise was louder than we expected.The fully equipped kitchen was another highlight, as it allowed us to prepare some of our own meals. Given the great location and amenities, we thought the rental price was very reasonable.Of course, there were a few minor downsides. There weren’t many outlets in the apartment, which made charging our devices a bit of a juggling act. We also had some issues with the water not getting warm enough, which led to a few chilly showers. Traffic in the area, especially at night, was pretty hectic, but that’s to be expected in a busy city like Dubai.Interestingly, we didn’t interact with the staff at all during our stay, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be something others would care about. Since we relied on Uber for transportation, we didn’t check out the parking situation, so I can’t comment on that either.Despite these minor inconveniences, we would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. If you’re looking for a comfortable and conveniently located spot in Dubai, this Airbnb is a solid choice.

A very well maintained building with good reception, helpful front desk, nice big pool and well maintained elevators.Very easy access to marina walk and awesome view of Dubai Marina. Walking distance from Shobha realty metro station and marina mall.

The development comprises two individual buildings: Marina View Tower A and Marina View Tower B.Tower 1 is 24 storeys high and Tower 2 is 12 storeys.There are 410 apartments in the two buildings comprising studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom penthouses and duplex villas.Facilities include a fully equipped health club, sports gym, spa, Jacuzzi, temperature controlled swimming pool, children’s play area, sunbathing areas, multipurpose sports hall and 24-hour security.The project was announced in 2004, construction started in 2005 and the buildings were finished for handover in 2008.

Very good building. Everything is always clean, there are no foreign odors, everything is neat, friendly staff. There is both a free gym and a paid one with trainers and other services. On the ground there is a grocery store, several restaurants, salons for men and separately for women, and a real estate agency. Adjacent to the building is the only lawn on the Marina with natural grass, where you can have a picnic and play ball. Walking distance to the sea 10 minutes. I recommend it.
