We have been living in this building for almost 2.5 years now and can’t tell you how the experience has been.Pro’s- very well maintained building, with top notch gym, swimming pool and even a common hall to use for personal events. The maintenance team work day in and day out to maintain the building and that’s why it’s one of the top buildings in the area. Maintenance comes in at the phone call to do primary checks. Even though people have dogs, the building management have managed to have proper rules throughout. The management conduct proper pest control, fire checks and so on regularly. Lastly it’s a child friendly building where kids run around and play with a public garden access.Con’s- Not sufficient parking available in the building, and even the area has parking issues. Some tenants are not friendly towards kids or dogs

I have been a resident of this building for more than 2.5 years. The building quality is relatively high especially compared to the newer buildings. The maintenance is top- notch and the staff is available round the clock to support however they can.

During my search for a flat to buy in Dubai, I visited at least 50 properties. In the end, this building convinced me and I have been living here for just over half a year now. Apart from an excellent price-performance ratio and the good location - everything is fine here. Friendly and helpful building management, its quiet and the quality is excellent. Arjan is developing fast now and we will see a lot of green and more parks around soon. I can only recommend it.

Just in love with this beautiful building!Everything is super clean and professional!Great parking lots, beautiful lobby, high quality materials in n out of the apartments.I love the gym and pool area, best place for relaxing and doing some workouts 👌🏽

Have been in Dubai more than 12 years, and this is the only residential building were I really feel my self living in 5 star hotel, starting from fancy luxury lobby to the friendly security and front desk service and the high quality and perfect layout, i really recommended this building for high classes level 👍👍👍

Excellent. If you have the card to enter you dont need to beg anyone to let you in. I havent seen any leakage. Management and security are so polite, helpful, and friendly. Never seen any evidence of leakage.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the night security guard named Kalvin who was extremely helpful and made my stay here enjoyable.
