Not sure about all these negative reviews,I spend over a week there and it was great time,pool is big and clean,great for swimmers,gym is superbly equipped,the view from our apartment(1712) was amazing and the whole building is new and finished in high standard oh and the location is just great,close to Burj Khalifa,Dubai Mall and new marina.

The building offers pretty much everything youre looking for in a luxury address. Super classy and so impeccably clean. The common areas are strictly maintained. Great quality white goods and apartments boast the view of Burj Khalifa and Dubai water canal. Extremely upscale and really feel its worth the rent.

The tower is located in an excellent area, it’s my first time visiting a friend in Dubai and I was amazed to see the finishes and quality of the building. The amenities literally look like a 5-star hotel. Lobby staff is friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend my friends in Dubai to rent an apartment here.

Amazing experience from viewing to move in and move out, i loved the professional treatment that i received from the viewers, to the security and maintenance team. They made sure move in and settling was super easy and smooth. I loved the location of the building beinf in the center of everything, even with alot of signals you can still walk to dubai mall or cross the street and jog at the canal.

The quality of the building is superb with breathtaking views of Burj khalifa and canal, plus all apartments are spacious and equipped with white goods. Swimming pool and gym is modern and fully equipped, only thing the pool is not yet furnished. No worries though. There is steam and Outdoor courts in the building which gonna open soon. To note, the building is located very closed to Dowtown which is near to Dubai Mall and souq al bahar. There are many groceries and restaurants in the area that offers delivery at your doorstep. Overall, you will enjoy your stay at this Brand New building.

Nice Building ... With many shopping places and restaurants ... You can access to Dubai mall in 5 minutes ... The view is on Burj Khalifa and it is amazing... Near to Dubai Canal wich have nice walking track around .... The Parking is available inside the building ... Taxi services available 24 hours ... Near to a lot of nice places in Business Bay ... Also Czn Burak is very near.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The services are impeccable, the perfect location with a view of the Burj Khalifa, clean, nice smelling, 10+ staff. I had a very attentive welcome, and during my stay I was always asked if everything was okay. The five stars are too few to give the qualities they deserve. I will definitely come back here. Thanks to the management and staff for everything.
