    No words can explain how me and my family are so happy during our stay at IHG residence. Staff are very polite and kind. I did not expect this, for sure a lot of people choosing residence because of their performances. Thank you Elsa/Hammad. Chef prince from mezzluna prepared a nice food for my family. Great experience thank you housekeeping also, hamidor always on the go with our request in the room. Thank you team

    Hotel location was very good and convince to access to the mall and close to the city.rooms furniture was very nice well decorated.staff were very professional and friendly.room service was excellent and concierge was also respond for the wake up call.engineering member also helpful while I requested for the hot plate assistance . over all my stay was excellent . One of my favorite places in Dubai, quite please, pease, cleane, good for relaxing your mind. The water view is amazing with the mix of water and building lights in the other side. The family gather there during the weekend gives a nice feeling and makes the place live and quite in the same time. Seatings are availabe. Free parking is available also. In the middle of Dubai and easy to reach. Good for single and for groups. You have to bring your drinks, coffee and your snacks. I love this place.For sure I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

    Its is a place you can use for long stays with your family as the price is bearable and you can can go everywhere in Dubai from it and you are so close to Dubai festival city mall so it is such a great getaway residence hotel with a lovely atmosphere overlooking the creek and the skyline

    Very nice place, with some wonderful apartments. The place is to expensive, even with the great view. It all comes down to location. Its simply to far from the cost, and where things are happening. Festival City is nice, but a bit boring

    Very beautiful residential community. Location is very ideal. If I say best location in dubai I believe I am not wrong and most of the people will agree. Bcz its just next to festival city mall. IKEA, Ace hardware. Airport is 10 min drive or less.Building have all facilities like swimming pool, gym, 24 hour security, CCTV camera, indoor parking.Apartments are spacious and view is amazing to lake side and festival city.Being a resident I will say lucky people have a pleasant stay and enjoy. Keep smiling.

    One of the hidden gems in Dubai. In the middle of everything yet so far from the madding crowd. Excellent Maintainence for the residential towers largely due to the Al Futtaim ownership( not Majid). Have been living here for more than 3 years!
