    Been living in Marwa Heights for more than a year now. Right from the handover till date.There are much more pros than cons now.Traffic issue to al khail road in the morning is totally solved, and this building is just 1 min from the exit. The apartments are so spacious compared to all the buildings in JVC. Nice rooftop pool and a good gym area, with indoor games, sauna and steam too. Security and Concierge team is very friendly and helpful. Big supermarket and bus stop right below the building. Heavy double glazed windows. excellent balcony space which is covered at the top. Good community is forming with most of the residents quite young and friendly.Yes, there have been teething issues and pool was closed was for a considerable amount of time. But it had to be fixed properly, permanently. Love the terrace area now. Things are steadily improving and it is much much better than handover. Everything is moving in right direction.

    Great location, avoids traffics, right next to 2 jvc exits. Great size apartment huge living space, a lot of light in the apartment. walking distance from parks if you have dogs. Beautiful swimming pool, great gym, clean sauna and steam room, overall a great place to live

    I’ve been living in Marwa Heights for over a year now. When I first moved in, there were quite a few issues with the building, and I was seriously considering not renewing my contract when it ended. However, I’m happy to say that most of those problems have been addressed, and the situation has significantly improved.As a mom of two living here with my kids and pets, I’ve come to appreciate the efforts made to fix the issues and enhance the living experience. It’s worth mentioning that new buildings and constructions here often come with initial challenges, but I’m pleased that the management worked to resolve them.I’ve now decided to renew my contract for another year, and I’m glad I did. Marwa Heights has a nice living space and community, and it’s become a great place to call home.

    Im a single mom living in Marwa◦Heights with my child, and weve beenhere for five months since the handover.I was really impressed the building runssmoothly, weve been living happily withno major problems even while therewere floods I had no issues whatsoever.◦ The building is quiet, and the response isquick whenever we need anything◦ The apartments are spacious, modern,◦ and finished with light grey tones,which gives a really nice, fresh feel.The common areas are great, theswimming pool is lovely, and the gym iswell-equipped and friendly. Theres alsoa playroom for my child, which is a huge○ plus for us. Overall, Marwa Heights hasbeen a great place to live!

    I’ve been renting in Marwa Heights for a year now, and it’s been a really positive experience. The building is nice, quiet, and always clean. The cleaning team is consistently on-site, keeping everything well-maintained. The pool opened a few months ago, and it’s a great spot to relax. Since Marwa Heights is a new building, the maintenance team is available all the time, and they’ve been quick to address any snagging issues that come up.One of the biggest positives for me was that even during the floods, I didn’t face any problems, no leaks or water damage at all, which is something many people around struggled with. That alone gives me a lot of confidence in the quality of the building. I’ve been so happy here that my brother is planning to move into the building soon. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Marwa Heights to anyone looking for a new place to live.

    My girlfriend and I have been living in Marwa Heights for over six months now, and we love it!- Spacious apartments- Beautiful swimming pool- Great gym facilities- Helpful security staff who are always ready to assist- A friendly community vibe- Modern design- Plenty of padel enthusiasts around! 😇Of course, like any building in Dubai, there are some minor downsides, but the management addresses issues quickly. So far, we haven’t experienced any problems. I highly recommend Marwa Heights for anyone looking to live here, whether alone or with family!

    I moved to Marwa Heights five months ago, and it’s been a great experience so far! I heard there were a few issues at the beginning, particularly with dampness in the corridors and common spaces, but it seems like everything has been sorted out now. Honestly, I wasn’t too worried since Marwa Heights is a new building, so a few initial issues are to be expected. Thankfully, everything has been fixed, and I haven’t faced any problems since moving in. The pool is open, the gym is incredible, and the community here is really welcoming. I’m so glad I bought this property!

The double-glazed windows do an excellent job of blocking most of the outside noise, providing a peaceful and quiet environment inside. and building has rooftop pool, gym and indoor gaming room which is a plus.One of the best things about this place is the concierge team. They are incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and address any concerns promptly. It’s a family-friendly environment, and we feel very comfortable here.     I have lived in the building since pretty much handover and honestly, my property has had no issues apartment from very early stages.Staff are very friendly, the rooftop pool is great and the gym has no issues. Always quiet and never troubled.The building is in a great location.As per my own experience, with the building and staff and my apartment I have absolutely no issue.

    I’ve been living in this building for almost a year and it’s been a great experience. The apartments have a really spacious layout, compared to the rest of the newly built projects in Dubai. The building is conveniently located near the JVC exit, so you dont face much of JVC traffic and it is also a short walk from a park. There’s a big supermarket within the building, which is really handy.The amenities are good, with a decent gym with TechnoGym equipment and a nice pool. But what I really appreciate are the neighbors. They’re friendly and helpful, making it a great community to live in. We even have weekly padel tournaments together.Overall, I’d recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live and call home.

    I travel back and forth between the Australia and Dubai for work, and I use Marwa Heights for my Airbnb stays. I spend two weeks every month there, and it’s perfect. Super convenient and well-located. The building is super quiet, friendly security, new, modern and clean apartments. Highly recommend! Just hope they don’t raise the prices, as it’s a great location.

    Been staying here for almost 1 year,Probably the only place you will find big size apartments in JVC which are just next to Al Khail Exit.Pros:- Corner Building- Nice and Friendly Security Team.- Big Windows in apartments.- Feels more homely rather than more short term rentalish- Walls are thick, cannot hear neighbours- Big Gym with Techno Gym machines- Big grocery store just downstairs- Lobby area in each floor is spacious- 5min walk to ParksCons:- The Building contractor is slow to rectify the issues and is under powered. But their DLP will end soon and hopefully things will improve on this front.- Finishing is ok ok.Mostly people posting negative reviews do not realise there are always teething issues in a new building (especially in dubai), Better to fix things permanently in common areas once and for all, than temporary. So it takes time.

    Been living for a year now, love easy access to Alkhail road no hassle traffic in morning, although there were some issues in building but facility management team from Hoam they on it and fixed almost everything, they are very professional.
