    Staying in Masaar Residence since last one year, very homely atmosphere, helpful & cooperative staffs & management. Life becomes easy staying in Masaar. Thanks to the Masaar Management, all security & housekeeping staffs.

    People had good experiences and some others less.. I guess its the same in all buildings. For my part, Im having a great experience! With the new management team things are going to be much better!The building has great location, at the entry/exit of JVC and the flats are big.

    5 starts building, maybe not in its architecture, but; in its friendly environment, helpful and respectable team and staff. it was the best year I spent in Dubai,Noman, the best security you can meet, with his friendly, supportive, and welcoming soul, Miss Christina with kind follow-up,

    It may not be the perfect building, lot happened, many issues during my stay but definitely the change is happening now and everything going towards the best. Moreover the owners committee is always doing whatever possible to help, improve and resolve any existing issue.For those who believes and im one of them, Masaar will be soon a later a better place.

    The building was managed poorly in the past but now it’s being managed really well. Necessary steps are taking regularly to ensure and improve standard of the building. The two biggest point about this building is the spacious sizes of the units and it’s close proximity to Al Khail exit( meaning no need to wait for 20 mins every morning in order to exit unlike most other buildings in JVC).

    I have been living in Masaar Residence for the past one year. I have done my research in JVC with other buildings before moving in and I couldn’t find any better place with such spacious rooms for a reasonable price. More than the Building, the Support that we get from the Owner’s Committee, Security Team and Fellow Residents in WhatsApp group is Awesome. You feel at home being here. People living in Masaar will feel like it’s just one Big Family. Those who are part of this Family are really Blessed.

    Staying in this building for almost two years now. Although there was a few maintenance issues i’ve encountered in the past, this was mainly because of the PREVIOUS property management who did a really poor job as far as building management is concerned.It is NOW UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and things are looking up ever since. I’ve listed down a few things I considered why I am staying here :- Location. The building is located near JVC exit 1 , off the main street , between 2 residential villas. So the area is quiet and you can rarely hear loud noises from motorists passing by.- The rooms are relatively bigger compared to the other buildings i’ve seen the area.- PET FRIENDLY.Some tenants have dogs and/or cats, but I never heard noise or had any disturbance from any of them unlike in some buildings in JVC where tenants are very irresponsible with their pets.- It gives you the sense of community . The Home Owners Committee are very helpful and quickly addresses every complaints and issues.Highly recommended for families and individuals who are looking for a community that cares for people not just the property.

    I have been a resident of this building since 2015. Since a new building management company has started take over the building (late 2021/early 2022).The building is being revamped starting 2022, which some changes already becoming apparent with Masaars new building management company (as the previous building management company, Buniah Manzil, ran the building very badly and carelessly from 2014 to 2021).Masaar residence is popular with its tenants because it simple, straight forwarded and uncomplicated. It has old style larger sqm apartments, high ceilings and easy access in and out of JVC. Location of Masaar was one of the first reasons I looked at this building.The community type environment of the people who live in the building is second to none, which is why alot of us have chosen to stay in Masaar over the years even through its difficult times. The changes we are already starting to see make it well worth it!

    This place is cosy & gives me the vibes of safety, security & relief. People & the community generally are friendly plus the ambience there is comfortable.I love it & i feel home when i am there, that’s the most important point.

    A beautiful building, under the care of a very focused owners committee. Perfect for families fir it comes with all amenities. A whatsapp support group of tenants and owners addresses and resolves any challenge that might arise.

    Great location. Spacious studios compared to the average studio in Dubai. Building management has taken a positive turn recently. All makes it a great value for money.

    Ive lived in Masaar residence for almost 4 years and moving out soon. I had no major complains during these years. The maintenance is not bad, pest control used to be done more regularly before but still done, construction around the building make it bit noisy sometimes, the building is well located near to jvc street one exit to el khail road... will give it 4 stars now. If your expectations are not high, I think you will find this building acceptable.

    Alot have changed honestly since the new committee took over, so thanks alot for those who continue to make this place a better home..     Excellent access and exit. In the recent period, the management has been excellent in terms of maintenance and security, with the presence of a new owners committee that has solved most of the old problems. It can be said now that it is completely different from before, and with the presence of a WhatsApp group, all the real problems are solved. It has been transformed from a 3-star building into a 5-star building.
