Spacious apartments, grocery, supermarket cafeteria bus stop restaurant mall sanitary shop barbar everything is just down the building and or on walking distance

Positives- very well located , just adjacent to school , entry and exit to main roads and connecting roads- tower 5 front facing Appartments have great , al khail and townhouse view- Appartment units much more larger in size compared to rest of area- adequate basement and road parking for visitors as well- low rise , with few floors , you ll hardly see any crowd in lobby or lift / common areas , more sense of space and privacy- Jvc mall , shops , salons and everything you need as a resident including parks are at walking distanceNegatives- most stated by other old reviews , no longer exist. Maintainence is by new agency and the reviews given to some employees, sales and marketing people , have nothing to do with the building .

Bit old but near to market, school,public transport, and entry exit from JVC make it a good place to live.

May Residence by Emirates Properties. Residential building in JVC managed By Emirates Properties. Studio Flat , One Bedroom Hall , Two Bedroom Hall (Podium type balcony, Gym and swimming pool) available for yearly Rental contract.

Good spacious lovely homes :-) probably one of the biggest apartments in JVC. The only issue is the Management company Al Mudeer. There staff is not helpful. Plus the Maintainance company (Happy Tenant App) is not effective and takes time in resolving issues. Otherwise I love it :-)

A real excellent building, all services are available next to the building, a school next to the building. from the inside, very clean, the management of the building upon request at any time, the top of speed and respect, a real respectful management .
