I lived there for 5 years.Now they have plenty of options for leisure (the 6th floor pool+bistro for residents)and minor errands: grocery store, flowers store, Beauty parlor, dry cleaning, coffee shops... enough options for the day to day.The maintenance team is very slow, but they are reliable.

I read the reviews 5 years ago and I want to tell everyone who is going to spend their vacation or work time here that this complex has changed a lot in recent years. Beautiful courtyard with large pools and clear water. Very attentive service staff. Premium location! From here you can get very quickly to anywhere in Dubai. All infrastructure is nearby. You can live a great life even without a car! I dont know many such complexes with similar conditions. The management company always helps and solves your questions. Delivery of things and products directly to your door - there are no problems with that! I think this building is the best choice today!

The pools are great, there are not many people!!!! The floors and elevators are almost empty)Minus - there is no playground for children. There are no pharmacies nearby.
