A great apartment tower. Very neat and clean public areas. Concierge, security and maintenance personnel go out of their way to assist you and they are very polite. Convenient access too to all Dubai Marina has to offer. A great place to live!

Currently staying here and I’m in love with this compound.They didn’t save space before when they used to build first projects. Yes, this buildings are old, but the view is simply amazing management is OK. No construction around and you don’t see a cars. Only one thing I don’t like that gym not inside the building . Plenty of elevators, and you never see a crowd.perfect Reception . Maintenance of the building is good. It is expensive compound for all six hours but un comparable to many other locations

One of the emaar 6 towers. In dubai marina walk have all facilities you can dream of, with a nice community of expats and lots of facilities for children. 6 pools, 1 lap pool, gym, 3 outdoor playground and 1 indoor playground. It ised to have spa that unfortunately closed. Lots of walking areas, trees and beautiful views right in front of the marina. Downstairs all sort of restaurants, pharmacies, clinics, bars, hotels, kids entertainment options, classes and paid indoor playgrounds. Make it a wonderful place to live.

Nice place to live in...compared to JBR...weak shopping but quiet and safe environment...good for jogging..good condo to live in...shopping amenities are weaker than JBR, but quiet...close to tram station...and metro station...
