    I like Midtown. Its really in the middle of everything and everywhere is on ~ 20 minutes everything !! 😊 which made me laugh at first, and at the same is peaceful, and these flowers 🌺. Is nice that the buildings are not too high, and are placed in such a way as talking to each other, many kids are playing, in the fields inside. The view from the windows is glorious, especially at night, feeling as in an enormous ball of lights all over the horizon equally distanced just to feel them blinking.. that actually is an amazing experience itself, walking on the sky as Goodle said it once in my phots, .. lets see how will be.And to reply to someone here, there are many types of flat different sizes. And space is enough to place furniture if they have many things. Fit-outs are good, securities are kind, and as of what is in their authority, and yes, management is doing their best .. ok, takes time, complex is not even finished yet&Ok this i copied from my other comment as many buildings and each carry comments assigned for all

    Its a good apartment building. They have a very huge garden at level 1. Good Space. But our apartment have some problem with Water in the walls. Its always smelly.

    Nice community especially for families. Afnan 2 has its own Gym. Swimming pool is nice and relief in hot summers.

    There is no issue with the apartment/community. There is no smell. It was there before when garbage trucks used to be parked near the community. Other Reviews are mostly fake.

    Well maintained with all facilities needed. Super kid friendly with lots of play areas.

    Place under construction. Contactor working 24 hours 7 days a week. It seems that going to be handed over as schedule which is last quarter 2019. The location is good. The area has city center 5 minutes away. Very close to sheikh Mohammed bin Zayd st. I guess the department going to be midend level community. The good thing from developer is the payment plan which 30 percent during construction 30 percent on handover 40 percent postbond payment plan.

    The administration so welcoming and professional at its best.the staff are dedicated and also friendly with the parents and kids gummy bear is the best nursery to take your baby expect nothing but the best.

    I liked the spaced out exclusive community away from the IMPZ commercial hub, peaceful but compressed carpet area (appartment are smaller in size, compared to the central IMPZ & Sports City community buildings.

    We lived in this area for 3 weeks and had only positive memories. Such a gorgeous courtyard, the layout of the apartment is so convenient, I didn’t want to leave. The location of the area is convenient, no traffic jamsThe only thing I really didnt like was the very dirty floors by the pool
