    We stayed in 3 different apartments during our stay in Dubai and this one was definitely the most comfortable, with amazing views of Burj Khalifa, washing machine, kitchen with basic amenities to cook some meals, good location.Taxi costs around 15AED to Burj Khalifa / Dubai mall.You have very cheap supermarket just cross the road of the building or one smaller with good prices literally next door.Big plus of the apartment SMART TV.Definitely recommend.

    Nice place where stay in Dubai and not expensive but very comfortable and clean. Inside there is also the swimming pool and small gym.

    In my old building parking used to be a big problem for my wife. Now since we moved in Binghatti building that probem has gone and my wife is less yelling at me. The building has a watchman, and cleaners also. Ground floor lobby is cleaned always. Good place to live with family.

    This is a new building in this vicinity. It is made by Binghatti which has many other properties in most parts of Dubai. This building has views from all sides, location is central and away from traffic. It gives easy connect to highways and all prime areas of Dubai. The builidng is nicely made, it has security and other faciltiies like swmming pool, gym and parking

    Love my new house. Very spacious, kitchen has good ventilation and good privacy in the whole house. The building is child friendly, also has security all the time.

    So apparently this building is a flapship project of premium developer, Binghatti. We only started living here about a year ago. Initally the building is quite empty but now many families have mvoed in. Its clean, staff is polite and well maintained and above all THE BEST LOCATION

    Somebody always parked in my spot in the building, I complained to building management and they quickly acted upon, fined the other tenant and made sure I don’t have to face it ever again. Thats how u manage tenants in your building. Love Binghatti

    I have been living for more than a year now. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable for me, but unfortunately in the recent period, the night guard service has been very poor. There is a guard who is from the Maghreb. I was returning home at night from traveling and he did not provide assistance. He was sitting smoking in a disrespectful manner, and I was trying to put the bags in alone. It was supposed to be a respectable stay.
