As a foreign tourist, I found this hotel in Al Barsha South to be an excellent choice. It’s close to Dubai Miracle Gardens, offers modern comforts like innovative room designs and a stunning infinity pool, and has very affordable rates. The location is ideal, with shopping and entertainment options nearby.

The building is 36 floors with 4 floors of car parking, they have studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, the nice thing is that the property includes some amenities like (gym, swimming pool, party hall with bbq area) which are free for investors or people living there..each apartment is entitled with one car parking only, there is service charge, chilled water expenses extra to be paid

The building is great in an otherwise new neighborhood thats still being developed. The apartment, fixtures, appliances, elevators are of good quality. The infinity swimming pool with a view of the Miracle Garden and Burj Khalifa in the distance is unreal, probably beats many 5 star hotels!My only gripe is the gym that is very tiny and some quality issues with the paint (but this Ive seen in other high rises too).

Its really nice and peaceful, a little bit isolated and if the lifts dont work its a nightmare and a bit scary, the buttons are on the inside. Besides that its absolutely a lovely place to live, a convenient area with a range of close by amenities, salon, restaurants, grocery stores and even a cat cafe. Excellent place to spend the winter especially if you like walks, Arjan is the perfect place.

Have been living here for 2 years. The staff is very friendly and the building is super nice and clean. The amenities are very luxurious. Also Arjan is one of the best areas to live in as it’s very accessible and away from traffic.

Its not the best but good value for money, am living here since 3 months. The size of the studio is okay, the bed is not so comfy and dont have the option to change the mattress. The design is amazing but the quality is not too great, faced few small issues but the maintenance team got it sorted after following up with them couple of times.The gym is great but wish it was bigger with more equipments - not recommended for muscle building but good for fitness. The Pool, Steam room, Jacuzzi, and Sauna is amazing 😍Kids playing area is great and the outdoor tennis court is good.Overall i give it 4 star because its not the complete thing and hope it gets better in the near future.

I really love it. I bought this property as offplan back in 2017. its true that they delayed handover. However, it was worth the wait. Great quality. Electronic devices (washing machine, fridge, oven,etc.) are of great quality. The building is basically like a hotel. Its got all the facilities that anyone wishes to have in his apartment building. Id invest again with Danube.
