Clean, well maintained building. Youll find residents of mixed nationalities. The apartment layouts are nice and the area is peaceful and quite while being in the centre of the city. -

The staff ( security, cleaning service and maintenance) are very friendy and helpful.I never have any issue with this buidling. No maintenance issue, no pest, no cockroachEverythjng was perfect, i love this building -
