    Gr8 building, very well maintained. The building security staff and the maintenance staff are great too - very good at ensuring to do a good job to every request for repair made.The property managers however are not as supportive and not flexible for even small requests such as a change in parking spaces, reduction in rent when rents are going down in dubai and for providing parking spaces at a reasonable rate.
