Lovely apartment building next to Mudon Central Park.Assuming the plan is to build several similar ones once the developer is done with all the villas.Easily reachable from Hessa and Al Qudra street with plenty of seating parking around.Close to the Mudon community Centre as well - easy for shopping and reachable on foot through the park, less than 5 minute walk. -
